Honoring Community, Heritage, And Dedication At The 2025 Abacoa Property Owners’ Assembly Annual Meeting “The Board’s dedication, our speakers’ insights, and the generous support of our sponsors and the Abacoa Golf Club combined to create a celebration worthy of the town’s centennial milestone and truly noteworthy to the residents of the Abacoa community.” Held again this year at the Abacoa Golf Club, guests were welcomed into an evening celebratorily themed around the Town of Jupiter ’s 100-year anniversary, enjoying moments filled with history and nostalgia. Upon entering, attendees were immediately captivated by the stunning giant Town anniversary cake. We extend our appreciation to Publix at Abacoa Plaza for their generous donation, and a special thank-you to bakery manager Mary. A proud Jupiter resident herself, Mary clearly poured her love for the Town into the beautiful design, which featured the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse, palm trees, and sunny beach ocean-scapes—a mesmerizing treat for the eyes and, later, for the taste buds! Surrounding the cake was a delightful collection of Jupiter Commemorative Centennial Keepsakes for guests to choose from and take home. As guests entered the newly and elegantly remodeled banquet room, they were offered a complimentary glass of wine to enjoy while visiting the speaker and sponsor tables. Residents had the chance to learn about new offerings in the area, pick up fun trinkets, and enjoy the excitement of raffle opportunities. This year’s appetizers and small bites, including a lovely added large salad, were once again wonderfully displayed and just as wonderfully delicious. We extend our gratitude to the Golf Club Event Directors, Brooke and Fallon, for their exceptional leadership and impeccable execution of the event. Their service, coordination, and gracious presence elevated the occasion and was deeply appreciated.
B r o o k e a n d F a l l o n ’s commitment to excellence was exemplified and special recognition due for their remarkable diligence and vision evident in the newly remodeled banquet room. The beauty crafted through their hard work was reflected in every refined detail and transformed the space into an atmosphere of luxurious, regal repose. This elegant environment was experienced and admired by all who had the pleasure of attending. Our heartfelt appreciation to the residents whose attendance enriched the occasion and contributed to its celebratory spirit. The Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District (NPBCID) is back at work continuing renovations and repairs in keeping the Abacoa Greenways beautiful and safe. The renovation work for Dry Detention Bridge 3 (DDB3-see map pins) is scheduled to start the first week of the new year. This structure, like the majority that are out in the preserves is thirty-plus years old, and need renovation work due to wood rot. The new decking and railing will be a composite material the same as we used in last year’s pathway preservation work. Abacoa Greenways on page 7
