IMPACT REPORT 2024 It is with deep gratitude that I share this report, a reflection of the impactful care, compassion, and commitment our team brings to every life we touch. In our 46th year of caring for life throughout the journey with illness and loss we are proud to highlight some of the ways we do more for our patients and families, for our community partners, and for our team. Meaningful experiences are carefully created by the incredible people who make up our hospice care team and our dedicated volunteers. The dedication, empathy, and willingness to go above and beyond allow us to provide not just care, but comfort; not just services, but presence. We offer support that extends far beyond Medicare requirements. Navigating progressive serious illness is challenging and our team members and volunteers help to make moments matter by providing more time, more visits, and more personalized attention. Families receive more grief counseling, more guidance, and more heartfelt connection. Our community benefits from healing programs open to all in the community, outreach, education, and access to compassionate care — no matter their circumstances. The heart of our care lies in the incredible people who provide it. That’s why caring for our team’s wellbeing is not just a priority—it’s a promise. Through continued learning, wellness programs, and a culture rooted in safety, respect, and compassion, we support our team so they can continue caring for families with excellence, empathy, and heart each and every day.
