Girl Scouts San Diego is a beacon of belonging, empowerment, and fun for
more than 15,000 girls across San Diego and Imperial counties.
Guided by the strategic vision we unveiled in 2024, we aim to be the go-to partner for developing and
elevating girl and women leaders in our community. Through innovative programs and impactful
experiences across four program pillars—STEM, Outdoors, Entrepreneurship, and Life Skills—and
together with support from our generous donors and community partners, we are helping Girl Scouts
become well-rounded individuals who are poised for success in life.
This report highlights the collective achievements made possible through the generosity, dedication, and
collaboration of our incredible volunteers, staff, donors, and partners during the 2024 membership year
(Oct. 1, 2023–Sept. 30, 2024).
