The San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) presents its Annual Report to the Community for 2021-22. In 2021-22, the SDCCD and its faculty, classified professionals, administrators, and students returned to in-person instruction following the COVID-19 pandemic. The District officially welcomed its new chancellor, Carlos O. Cortez, whose focus in his first year included a districtwide strategic plan to shape the District’s future mission, vision, and direction, and to restore enrollment lost during the pandemic.
