Jamboree on the Air (JOTA) & Jamboree on the Internet (JOTI) Activities for Cubs Radio Code Fun (Phonetic Alphabet Game) • •
Goal: Introduce voice communication protocols used in amateur radio. Activity: Teach the NATO phonetic alphabet (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie…). Make Your Own Radio • •

Ham Radio Operator Presentation • •
Goal: A core JOTA experience! Practice clear speaking and global citizenship. Activity: Arrange a session with a licensed amateur radio operator. Let the Cubs listen in and, if licensing allows, speak to other Scouts globally.
