Setting up Fellowship Patrol
Step 1. 1. Identify Prospective Members who can be active or in-active within Scouting. 2. Decide type of Patrol i.e. Social, Special Interests or Service Projects. 3. Ensure all prospective members are registered with a Scout Group and are Vetted. 4. Check that all prospective members have done or will do Safeguarding Training. Step 2. Appoint a Patrol Leader/Chairperson Appoint a Patrol Scribe/Secretary. Appoint a Patrol Treasurer Agree the Name of the Patrol. Decide the type of Neckerchief i.e. Colour & Shape that will represent the Patrol. Agree Patrol Activity dress. Prepare an activity & schedule plan for the Patrol
Imformation: Submit Details of the Patrol to the Fellowship Patrols Task Team. The Task Team manage the Fellowship Network i.e. co-ordination of Fellow Patrols. The Volunteer and Group Support Core Team have oversight of the “Fellowship”. Fellowship Network is a constituent of FIGs (Fellowship Irish Guides & Scouts) Fellowship Network is party to ISGF (International Scout & Guide Fellowship)
