Terms and Conditions 2025 Booking Information Booking Confirmation Only bookings with a completed sign-up form and 50% non-refundable deposit will receive confirmation via email. Unconfirmed bookings cannot attend the camp. Mandatory forms The Personal Information and Consents Form must be submitted by June 16th. If not received by this date, the booking and deposit will be forfeited. No shows No refunds or transfers for bookings that fail to show up. drop off & collection DROP OFF All participants must be checked in at reception by their parent or guardian upon arrival. COLLECTION All participants must be checked out by a member of staff with the parent or guardian present during pick-up. ALTERNATIVE COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS If a parent or guardian has designated someone else to collect the participant, Larch Hill Adventure Camp staff must be notified in advance. Failure to do so may result in a delayed pickup.
