This menu book presents the first of two James Beard House dinner presentations, in NYC, by Chef Lisa Dahl.
The booklet's design melds the exterior of her fourth restaurant - Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill and food/wine courses inspired from her trip to Argentina, Chile & Uruguay.
The images were captured by Scott Yates during the trip and worked into the layout of the stunning menu booklet.
