Mindset As we close one fiscal year and begin the next, I want to take a moment to say, “thank you.” I am very proud of the passion, dedication, and commitment that you display every day in support of our teams and our customers. In this issue of Connections, you will read about some of our most recent wins. During Truck Driver Appreciation Week, GRL celebrated the drivers who drive our business forward. They support the backbone of our operations with integrity, often with very little time in the spotlight. You will also see that our Burlington and Anderson teams recently achieved safety milestones and awards, recognizing the focus and teamwork it takes to make a daily commitment to a safe environment. No matter where we sit in the business, there is a lot we can learn from the drive and daily focus of these highlighted teams.
“
It is the pursuit of operational excellence that defines Glen Raven.
”
This pursuit of operational excellence is an important foundation as we continue to operate in an environment that remains extremely volatile. Our wins will continue to be made possible through the strength of our global teams who lead with creativity, a competitive spirit, and the pursuit of operational excellence that defines Glen Raven. I often look to our Guiding Principles as a reminder of the mindset that has always grounded Glen Raven. This year, two feel especially important to focus on as we look ahead: All-In on Doing it Right has always been about going above and beyond, for our teams and our customers. We Get After It means operating with the creativity and sense of urgency required to be successful in business today, and to execute at a very high level in every aspect of our business. This year will require all of us to keep these principles front and center. Let's ground ourselves in these values and roll up our sleeves for the work ahead. Let’s get after it in ‘27!

Serious About Safety It is no secret that Glen Raven is serious about our safety, because we know safety is not just a goal—it is part of how we show up for each other. We recently hit two major milestones that reflect this shared commitment.
• Earlier this year, our Burlington manufacturing team reached 14 years and 3 million hours without a lost time incident. This achievement reflects our shared commitment to looking out for one another, doing things the right way, and prioritizing safety in every step of the process.
• In August, we were honored to receive the Health and Safety Commitment Award from Cintas,
presented to the team at our Anderson Manufacturing Facility. Out of more than 3,500 customers, this award was presented to only ten organizations that demonstrated an exceptional commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace—a recognition that reflects dedication and discipline.
We are proud of our team and their ongoing commitment to keeping our workplaces safe.
Celebrating Driver Appreciation Week at GRL GRL kicked off its annual celebration of Driver Appreciation Week with a Driver Safety Meeting, awards presentation, and breakfast on September 12. Activities continued throughout the week, and included a doughnut and coffee bar, thank you cards, and small care packages. "Our drivers are the foundation of everything we do. Long before a customer sees the final product, one of our drivers has invested their time, skill, and dedication to make it happen. Their commitment to excellence, often while facing long hours and time away from home, deserves our deepest respect and appreciation," said Joey Milligan, Operations Manager at GRL.

WE TAKE THE LONG VIEW
Meet the New GlenGuard.com In September, GlenGuard ® launched a dynamic new website designed to strengthen the brand's position as a leading AR/FR fabric solution for protective workwear in industrial environments around the world. The refreshed GlenGuard site reflects our continued commitment to innovation, technical expertise, and customer support while creating a more modern and user-friendly experience.
The updated website introduces Latitude by GlenGuard as a distinct subbrand with its own audience, value proposition, and distribution model, helping visitors more easily navigate the GlenGuard portfolio. The new platform also lays the groundwork for future multilingual and region-specific content, supporting the brand's continued global growth. A key focus of the redesign was making technical information easier to access. Visitors can now quickly find standards, certifications, and protection-level specifications throughout the site, including prominently on the homepage. The website also enhances lead generation efforts through expert contact forms, wear trial inquiries, and downloadable resources that help customers evaluate GlenGuard solutions. The new GlenGuard.com represents an important step forward in supporting customers, educating end users, and strengthening the GlenGuard brand globally.

ALL IN ON DOING IT RIGHT
Trivantage Launches the Refreshed Sunbrella Fusion Collection In late August, the Trivantage ® team marked a key strategic milestone with the launch of the refreshed Sunbrella® Fusion collection. Featuring more than 114 new fabrics and patterns, this debut is designed to inspire fabricators to imagine new possibilities with fabric. “The Sunbrella Fusion collection reinforces our position as a trusted distributor that delivers exclusive, high-performance fabrics with elevated design appeal,” said Mellisa Bagwell, Furnishings Director. The team showcased the new lineup at Casual Market, with a happy hour launch party that featured light bites and beverages. The team had a selection of fabrics and sample tools on display. “This collection delivers on both design and performance, and we’re excited to showcase this at other events and trade shows throughout the fall,” said Mellisa.
WELLNESS
Emotional Energy Matters As the year winds down, packed work and family schedules can easily lead to overwhelm. While we often default to managing our time, managing our energy is what helps us stay steady for the long haul. To build a sustainable path forward through this busy season, let's identify what keeps us grounded—so we can bring the best of ourselves to our personal and professional lives.
Spot the early warning signs.
Prioritize what matters most.
Pay attention to cues like persistent fatigue and trouble focusing to prevent burnout before it gets too far.
Look at your week and intentionally carve out time for at least one thing that makes life easier, and one that brings you joy.
Identify what fills your cup.
Shift to preventative care.
Simple micro-breaks can help re-ground your day. Try a quick walk outside, a chat with a friend, or brief breathing exercises.
Do not wait until you crash to rest. Treat quiet time as essential. Protect your energy every day.
Protecting your energy is not selfish; it's the foundation for bringing your best self to everything you do. If you need extra support, eligible Glen Raven associates can access free, confidential counseling sessions through the Employee Assistance Counseling Program. See your benefits guide for details. 5
WE GET AFTER IT
Where Performance Meets the PGA For more than a decade, Glen Raven® has stood proud of its long-term commitment in supporting regional development through our sponsorship of the Wyndham Championship, hosted every August in Greensboro, NC. The tournament helps drive business to the area, bringing tens of thousands of fans to the Sedgefield Country Club course. Glen Raven hosted 100+ customers across our portfolio and celebrated our 10th anniversary as the Official Volunteer Sponsor, prominently showcasing the Sunbrella ® logo on the shirts and hats of 1,200 volunteers who make the tournament possible. To extend the reach and exposure of our consumerfacing brand, Sunbrella, with spectators on course, the brand partnered with Agio Furniture and Tempo Patio, to help showcase residential and hospitality furniture in various settings. This furniture showed up in private hospitality suites on the 17th and 18th greens, getting our fabric in front of potential business leads, such as Wyndham Worldwide, Travel + Leisure, Sports
Illustrated, Kontoor, High Point University, and other local businesses. In addition to strategically targeting these suite attendees, Sunbrella featured well on two spectator platforms on the 12th and 17th holes. On the 12th Green, golf-goers found the Comfort Zone—one of the most comfortable, shaded areas out on course. True golf fans tend to enjoy
the furniture all day long, as they watch players finish out the par-3 12th hole, before teeing off at the 13th tee. The true star of the show was the newly renovated 17th Fairway Sunbrella Shade Deck, inspired by the recent activation at the Miami Boat Show. Through a partnership with Party Reflections and Charlotte Tent & Awning, the platform became a vibrant showcase for two new fabric applications: ceiling drapery and a slide-on-wire pergola. Drenched in yellow and providing all the comfort and shade one may need, with food and beverage items to match, the Shade Deck was the coolest place to be. To extend the brand impact past those attending the tournament, we partnered with two influencers, @katherine.walsh and @nceatandplay, to make an impact on social media. Our overall coverage included nine media stories that resulted in almost 10 million initial impressions, as well as 22 social posts spanning feed and story posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, garnering over 55k organic impressions across platforms (more than double from last year)!

DRIVE TO IMPROVE
Last but not least, Sunbrella secured our firstever player endorsement with PGA player, Ben Kohles, raised right here in Cary, NC. “Sunbrella is proud to continue supporting North Carolina-based PGA players as they pursue excellence at the highest level. As a North Carolina-based company with deep roots in the
state, we recognize the dedication, resilience, and drive required to achieve long-term success," said Stephanie Cizinsky, Senior Director, Corporate Communications and Activation at Glen Raven. "These shared values are at the heart of our company and make it especially meaningful to champion local athletes as they compete on a national stage at such a significant
tournament in our home state." After 20 years, this marks the last year for Wyndham Worldwide as the title sponsor. Raymond James will step in for 2027, with a full revamp to the tournament and PGA Tour expected in 2028.
