MMgt graduates also gain significant advanced standing into the MBA after acquiring relevant work experience.

The 12-month, full-time Master of Management (MMgt) program enables students to develop these foundational leadership skills and prepare for an exciting career.
A valuable next step for high-achieving graduates of non-business programs, the MMgt provides an intensive full sweep of management fundamentals. In addition to rigorous instruction in core business competencies like economics and managerial accounting, the program places special emphasis on building skills like strategic thinking, business communication, and managing team dynamics.
After acquiring a minimum of two years post-degree work experience, MMgt graduates are eligible for advanced standing in the Schulich Master of Business Administration, enabling them to earn an MBA in as little as eight months.
Schulich offers incoming undergraduate students the opportunity to gain early conditional admission into the Master of Management (MMgt), in partnership with York University’s Faculties of Science, Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, Environmental and Urban Change, Health, Lassonde School of Engineering, Arts, Media, Performance & Design (AMPD), and Glendon.
The Pathway to Master of Management Program (PMMP) allows high-achieving students to acquire four years of specialized knowledge in their undergraduate program of interest, then grow their business expertise with a one-year MMgt degree. The five-year program structure is designed to prepare graduates for new career opportunities, post-graduation. For details visit: schulich.yorku.ca/pmmp
