IMPORTANT INFORMATION When it comes to your children’s education there is so much to keep track of, which is why we expect all our parents to connect to ParentMail PMX, as this is our primary communication tool. Accessed from your smartphone, computer or tablet, ParentMail makes life just that little bit easier. For example you can: Receive school letters and important texts and email messages Easily pay for items such as school trips, Breakfast & After School Clubs using Paypal/Credit Card Pay your child’s dinner money
Authorise trips or sporting events Book Parent Teacher Consultation appointments Book ticketed events such as Christmas performances and shows
Valley Use Parentmail PMX to send: Letters from the class teachers and Head Teacher Important notifications via text Invitations to school events such as our Grandparents Afternoon tea
Trip letters School events such as the termly Disco’s. Registering with or logging into the free ParentMail PMX is straight-forward. We recommend parents download the free ParentMail App onto their smart phones. Doing this means you won’t need to search through busy inboxes for school messages or have to remember login details.
How To Join We will send you a link either by email or text shortly after your child starts school at Valley. Click on the link and follow the instructions. Should you have any problems connecting to Parentmail, please come to the school office where we will be more than happy to go through the set up procedure with you.
