Pupils in year 7 develop basic skills in gymnastics, netball, tennis, rouders, athletics, football, hockey, cricket, indoor athletics, handball, tag rugby, orienteering, basketball, badminton, fitness. All students will study to gain a greater depth of knowledge in athletics, gymnastics, handball netball or football and will be assessed for competence in these sports. All other sports are dependant on facility availability and staffing.

How can they develop their own performance to be the best they can can be and improve on previous performances. Spiritually we promote in all sports justice and truth by following and applying rules correctly promoting fairness and good sportsmanship, endurance and resilience to persevere when taks or skills are hard to master, tolerance of others who have different skils to them, thankfulness for the body God has given them and how to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat in all competitive situations.
