IMPORTANT—Please Read Please could we ask for your support before and after school to keep children off the wooden adventure trails. Parents/carers are responsible for supervising their children if they are on site before and after the start/end of the school day but we are finding that our staff are being asked to give first aid because of injuries during that time.
The background is the shipwreck of Sir Ernest Shackleton’s ship, Endurance, being found 107 years after it became trapped in the ice and sank off the coast of Antarctica. Clubs for Next Half Term Next week, we will be sending out details of the clubs on offer after Easter so please watch out for the details.
School is liable for injuries on site and we ask for your support in supervising the children. We always have a member of staff supervising the adventure trails during playtimes but we don’t have capacity to do so before the start or at the end of the school day. Welcome Mr Lea Some of you may have noticed a new face in our community. Mr Lea will be working in school in the mornings to cover Mr Finch, who unfortunately will be off work for some time. We are sure you will join us in making him feel welcome.
