It will be held on Monday 10 October 2022 from 3.15 pm - we hope you can join us. Chicken Egg Raffle Our chickens lay lots of lovely, free range eggs and we will be holding a raffle each week to give everyone a chance to win these eggs. The proceeds of the raffle will go back into caring for our school pets. Every Thursday lunchtime, Year 6 (our chicken carers) will be selling the raffle tickets. The cost per ticket will be 20p each or 6 for £1. If you would like to take part in the raffle, please send in your money with your child in a sealed envelope/plastic bag, clearly labelled with Chicken Raffle, your child’s name and class. If you would rather, for Reception and Year 1 children, your child can hand their sealed envelopes/bags to their teacher and Year 6 will collect them from the class. The raffle will be drawn each week in the Friday celebration assembly. Harvest Collection The deadline for any donations for the harvest collection is 9 am Thursday 13 October as our donations will be collected by our local Foodbank, who will provide hampers to vulnerable adults/families in the WA5 area. We will add photographs of the collection to next week’s update.
