Teaching Staff for Academic Year 2022-23 As we get closer to the end of the academic year and the start of the next, we have a couple of goodbyes to say as well as welcoming another into our community. We have appointed a new teacher, Miss Ianthe Shirley and we know you will all make her feel welcome. She is currently completing her final student teaching practice in Y4, with the class she will be teaching next year in Y5, so she will have already established really positive relationships with the class. We are delighted with this appointment and know she will be an asset to our school and community. Mrs Anderson is reducing the number of days she works and will be job sharing with Mrs Elstob, who already works part time. Miss Allen will be leaving at the end of this academic year to pursue other projects and we wish her every success. We will also be saying a goodbye to Mrs Jerram, who has been part of our school community for 32 years, as a parent, governor and teaching assistant. She has made a huge contribution to our school and is such a big part of our community and I know that you will all, like us, be sad to see her leave, but also wish her well in her retirement. She will still remain part of our community and we expect to see her involved in
