Parentpay WBC Year End It is very important that all Parentpay dinner/snack accounts are not in arrears on Friday 31 March. This is the final day of Warrington Borough Council’s financial year. Thank you to everyone who does keep their accounts updated, it is a big help.
Year 5 Class Assembly The Year 5 Class Assembly will be held on Thursday 16 March at 2.50 pm. Parents, carers and families of Year 5 are invited to join us to watch the assembly. Entry will be via the KS2 gate at 2.45 pm. We hope you can join us.
Please remember, there is no credit offered for meals and funds should be available on Parentpay at the point where your child orders a snack or meal.
Red Nose Day Don’t forget that school will be joining in with the Red Nose Day celebrations on Friday 17 March and that children can come dressed in something red or in a Comic Relief Red Nose t-shirt in exchange for a donation to Comic Relief using the Parentpay link below (you don’t need a Parentpay account to use the link). The link is active now for donations at https://app.parentpay.com/ParentPayShop/Foc/Defa ult.aspx?shopid=9970.
There are a number of ways to keep your accounts up to date: • by checking funds each time your child orders a meal or snack • By setting up email (free) or text (charges applicable) reminders for the maximum amount your child would spend in a day (eg if they have a meal, 2 toast and a drink, it should be set at £3.25, if it is just a toast and drink it is 60p) • by setting up an auto top up (if you do chose this option, to stop the account going into arrears, the top up should be set at the maximum amount that your child would use in one day) If you need any help to set up the reminders or top up, please contact Kate in the school office.
Please remember that clothes should be appropriate for a day in school (and for PE if it is due on that day). Year 4/5 Swimming Forms Please remember to return all swimming permission forms by Wednesday 15 March at the latest. Thank you.
