Children’s Mental Health Week Next week, it is Children’s Mental Health Week and we will be focusing on activities linked to mental health and wellbeing in school; our lessons will reflect this theme. Have a happy weekend and Mental Health Week! After School Clubs We are planning to run all of the clubs next week as normal but if children are still in a bubble, they will be unable to attend. If this happens, school will refund you for that session (and for the sessions that were cancelled for everyone).

Coffee and a Chat Here at Park Road, we would like to offer a monthly coffee / tea and chat session, for our parents and carers to attend, should they wish to. This will be an opportunity for you to be able to grab a coffee and have an informal chat with members of our school well-being team along with other parents within the session. It will also be an opportunity for our team to share information regarding well-being services within the local area, that may be beneficial to you. Unfortunately, with the increase of COVID positive cases in school, we aren’t able to hold it here at the moment, however, we would like to offer an online event until we are able to host the sessions in school. The first online ‘coffee and a chat‘ will be Wednesday 9 March from 2.30 - 3 pm. If you would be interested in joining us online, please email Mrs Dale in the school office at parkroad_primary@omegamat.co.uk. We will send out the online links nearer to the event.
