Value of the half term: IMPORTANT - DRIVING NEAR SCHOOL Unfortunately, we have had another report of a car being driven recklessly and mounting the pavement near school. It was reported to us that the car, a large black range rover, was driving from the direction of One Stop and turning onto Wroxham Road towards school. The driver was looking back, speaking towards a car that had passed them and not watching where they were driving. The car mounted the pavement, luckily there were no pedestrians there or it would have been a serious incident. We have been in contact with the police and there will be a PCSO presence at pick up and drop off over the coming weeks. We have previously requested that people do NOT PARK or DRIVE along the front of school for safety reasons, particularly with the current cold weather and slippy roads. Please help us to keep our children and school community safe by 1) 2) 3) 4)

Dodgeball Champions On December 7, members of Year 5 and Year 6 participated in a dodgeball tournament competing against other schools in the MAT, accompanied by Miss Mills, Miss Harding and Mr Savage. Park Road won each match they played and were undefeated in all four games! Our staff were impressed with their excellent sportspersonship; clapping their opposition after each game and being completely honest in each game if they were out. We are all VERY proud of you all - well done! Thank You to Our PFA We would like to say a HUGE thank you to our amazing PFA, particularly Kelly Harrison and Jade Ward, for their hard work and commitment to creatively raise funds to enhance the learning experience for our children! The PFA are all volunteers who give their time and talents to arrange so many lovely events for us in their already very busy lives. They always thank the helpers but we want to thank them for selflessly giving their time to our school and for all of the enhancements they have given and continue to give to school. We are all so grateful for everything you do!
