Christmas Performance Tickets It is already coming around to that time of year our Christmas Performances! The letters for the KS1 performance (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) are being sent home in bookbags today.

Sickness Guidelines 48 hours off after illness Please remember that, following the advice of Public Health England, we ask that children are kept off school for 48 hours after the last instance of sickness/ diarrhoea.

Although we don’t like having to limit numbers of people attending each performance, due to the capacity of our hall and because we have to adhere to fire regulations we can only accommodate 120 spectators for each performance. For this reason, these events will be ticketed and will be limited to two tickets in total per FAMILY This means that you can chose to have both tickets for 1 performance or 1 ticket for each performance but the total number cannot exceed 2 (if you are bringing any children with you to a performance, they must be included in your 2 ticket total).

We ask this for two reasons: firstly, it will prevent the spread of the illness throughout the local community and secondly, to allow your child time to fully get back on their feet.

Please return the completed forms as soon as possible (sorry we can’t accept phone calls, emails or Seesaw messages) and we will allocate the tickets as the requests come in. If there are any tickets remaining for either KS1 performance, they will be available from the school office from 8.30 am on Monday 28 November.

We do understand that children want to return to school and don’t want to miss out but it can set them back, particularly if they are not yet eating properly or returned to full health. We appreciate your help in reducing the spread of these viruses and please remember to contact the school office (not the teachers) to notify us of any absences and to keep us updated if the illness continues . World Cup Magic To celebrate the beginning of the World Cup, each class has taken part in a class sweepstake! Across school, games and activities linked to football and the World Cup will be led by Mr Savage and Miss Mills. Come on England, let's hope they bring it home!
