Geography: We will be identifying different locations where World War 1 was fought. We will also be looking at the lasting effect the conflict had on the surrounding areas of battlefields.
English: This half term we will be reading “The Wizard
of Oz”, a fantasy / adventure story. The children will be writing their own adventure stories, write a persuasive letter to convince a character to join their quest and will write a narrative poem.
