Maths – Money How many different ways can you make £10, £20 and £50? Use different coins and notes to make the amounts.
History Choose either ancient Egypt, Sumer, Indus Valley or the Shang Dynasty and make a fact file about it.
English - Vocabulary Look through your reading book. Find as many words as you can that are tricky words. Find out what those words mean and then write your own sentence using the word correctly.
Spellings Practice spelling the common exception words. Choose 10 words and describe what they mean. Then use them in a sentence. Write the sentence in your best handwriting.
Art – collage Can you make a college using things that you can find in your house? Newspapers, magazines, stickers.
Multiplication Choose either 3, 4, 6 or 8 times tables and learn them by heart. Create a game to help you remember them.
Spanish Draw a plate of food and label it in Spanish.
Maths – Mass Use any scales that you have at home to weigh things around your home. Make a not of how much each item weighs and put them into order.
PSHE Draw a poster to show all the safe places and ways to play.
English – Diary Entries Write what you do each day for 1 week as a diary. Try to write down what you learn at school and what you do after school.
