Animals and their Habitats
In DT this term we will be looking at food and creating an afternoon tea. Can you write the ingredients to your favourite meal. Maybe you could make your favourite meal or bake a cake. Write a story In English this term we will be looking at stories in familiar settings. Can you write a story about going to the park. What would you play on? What would you see? Temperature In maths we are looking at temperature. Can you use a thermometer to find out different temperatures of things around your home. Bath, Fridge, Freezer, the dog!! You can see what temperature anything is!
In Science this term we will be looking at living things and their habitats. Choose your favourite animal and draw what would be in its habitat. Food In DT we are looking at food this term. Can you Draw a picture of a healthy plate of food. Think about protein, carbohydrates, vegetables and fruit. Trip to the Zoo Write a list of what you would like to see at the zoo.
The United Kingdom In geography this term we will be looking at the UK and the surrounding seas. Can you draw a map of the UK an label the cities and surrounding seas. Mass and Capacity In Maths this term we are looking at Mass and Capacity. Can you use different cups, tubs and jugs to measure how much water it takes to fill them. Judaism In R.E we will be learning about Judaism. Can you research facts about Judaism.
