‘What’s Going on Godley?’ What’s News? Children in Need Today, our school came together to celebrate Children in Need by wearing our favourite pyjamas to school, all in support of children who are less fortunate. It was a fun and cosy way to raise awareness about the challenges that many children face, such as poverty, illness, and lack of access to education. By participating in this event, we not only got to enjoy a relaxed day in our comfy clothes but also helped raise important funds to provide food, medical care, and education to children in need. This event reminded us how small actions, like dressing in pyjamas, can make a big difference when we all come together with kindness and generosity. Thank you very much for all your kind donations.

Anti-bullying week This week, our school celebrated Anti-Bullying Week with a series of activities designed to raise awareness about the importance of kindness, respect, and inclusion. Throughout the week, students have read and shared stories, wrote inspiring poems and performed role plays that emphasised the need to stand up against bullying in all its forms. During our special assembly, we had the chance to showcase these thoughtful pieces, helping to spread the message that every person deserves to feel safe and valued. Here are some of the children wearing their odd socks on Tuesday, celebrating individuality and unique characteristics.
