• Learn the Makaton signs for ‘house’, rooms in the house and things around the house. • Join in with songs about houses and homes using words, actions and signs. • Build houses from a range of construction kits. • Explore sensory building trays such as kinetic sand, blocks and foam and natural resources. • Make drawings and paintings of houses. • Make towns with blocks and map rug. • Use Google maps and Google earth to look at streets in our area.
