Post 16 Remote Science Network: Teaching and Learning in 2022 In the current climate, collaboration is more important than ever before. This is a chance to share information, learn from others and navigate through the changing world of science in post 16 education. You will be provided with expert help from practitioners to identify priority issues, signpost support and will be able to develop solutions, drawing on the expertise of others within the group

Sessions Our network sessions are taking place throughout 2022 and will be led by our Science Learning Partnership, a unique collaboration between STEM Learning, City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College, Abbeygate Sixth Form College and West Suffolk College. The sessions are suitable for teachers and middle leaders of post 16 science in schools or colleges.

Dates The next session will be taking place on Wednesday 2nd February (15:30-17:00) with a subsequent session taking place in March 2022. Please check website to confirm dates and times.

Topics The topic focus for the next two network events will be: Feb 2022: Employer engagement

You will be provided with expert help from post 16 practitioners to identify priority issues, signpost support and will be able to develop solutions, drawing on the expertise of others within the group. Topics covered vary but will reflect educational priorities and needs identified by providers – the next two sessions will focus on employer engagement (Feb ‘22) and assessment (March ‘22)

Location All network sessions will be remotely delivered via Microsoft Team with links delivered upon booking.

Pricing You can book onto individual network sessions for £30 each or subscribe to the remaining suite of two network sessions for £50 Please contact nmslp@potteries.ac.uk if you wish to book multiple sessions at the subsidised rate.
