So, whether you’re looking to train in primary, secondary, Early years or up to A level, we can help. Our robust interview process will ensure that the school you choose to train with us in, is the right match for you.
Personal and Professional. From day one that you join us you are treated as a member of staff in our schools. Our school -based and centre-based induction events prior to the course or placement ensure that as an ATT trainee, you are well- equipped with the necessary training, resources and knowledge you need to be successful in your new career.
Employment Opportunities. When you train with us, if you show excellent commitment, energy and enthusiasm then we are likely to be able to help you to find your first teaching position in one of our schools or with other local establishments.

most days, learning your craft alongside expert teachers who guide and support; underpinned by access to our evidenced-based curriculum one day a week delivered in Chatteris, Ipswich or Lowestoft in Suffolk .
