I began working as a front desk secretary in a tattoo shop in 2019. Although young and new to the industry, I lacked the knowlegde about the history of tattooing. I was passionate about gaining more experience and education within the tatooing industry. With more and more young graphic designers using tattoo imagery, I thought it would be a perfect oppourtunity to create an informal book eduating myself and other desingers on history of electric tattooing. Focusing on design and illustration I wanted to convey the importance of tattoo history.
