• The Promotion runs from March 1-31, 2026
Eligibility
• Open to qualified travel advisors legally permitted to participate under applicable laws and regulations.
• Participants must be actively registered with Scenic Group at the time of booking & fulfillment.
• Employees of Scenic Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and family members are not eligible.
How to Enter
The Promotion consists of two (2) independent segments, Ocean and River. Eligible entries are earned through qualifying bookings only.
• Ocean
o Travel advisors will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying booking that meets all of the following criteria:
▪ Booking is made on Emerald Yacht sailings departing in 2026 or 2027
▪ Booking is a NEW booking (not rebooked, transferred, or modified from an existing reservation)
▪ Booking is made and deposited between March 1-31, 2026
o Prize:
▪ Three (3) winners will receive a complimentary cruise plus airfare aboard Emerald Sakara, 2 night sailing roundtrip Miami, departing November 28, 2026.
• River Segment
o Travel advisors will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying booking that meets all of the following criteria:
▪ Booking is on a Scenic or Emerald river cruise departing between March and August 2026
▪ Booking is a NEW booking (not rebooked, transferred, or modified from an existing reservation)
▪ Booking is made and deposited between March 1-31, 2026
o Prize:
▪ One (1) winner will receive a complimentary cruise plus airfare aboard Emerald Astra, Jewels of the Rhine, departing June 27, 2026.
Booking Requirements
• Bookings must be deposited; charter bookings, travel agent rates, fams, friends & family and other non-revenue bookings are not eligible.
• All bookings must remain active and not be cancelled prior to winner selection.
• Cancelled, refunded, or chargeback bookings will be disqualified.
• Scenic Group reserves the right to verify booking eligibility.
Prize Details & Conditions
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• Cruise and airfare are subject to availability and the cruise line’s standard terms and conditions.
• Any additional costs, including but not limited to visas, travel insurance, onboard expenses, taxes not included in the prize, or personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Winners must be able to travel on the specified departure dates; no alternative dates or substitutions will be offered.
Winner Selection & Notification
• One (1) winner will be selected for the River segment, and three (3) winners will be selected for the Ocean segment.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period concludes.
• Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information on file.
• If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
General Conditions
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

The Partners in Travel – Exclusive commission offer runs from March 1-31, 2026 and is open to qualified travel advisors registered with Scenic Group. During the promotion period, advisors are eligible to earn 25% commission on new, deposited bookings made on select Scenic or Emerald 2026 river departures, as identified by Scenic Group. Bookings must be new and deposited during the promotional window to qualify. This offer is not combinable with any other commission, incentive, or promotional offers and applies only to eligible revenue bookings. Scenic group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, and all standard booking terms and conditions apply. Scenic reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to change any and all fares and promotions at any time. Offers applicable for legal residents of the 50 United States of America & Washington D.C.

• 25% commission to all trade partners on 20 select river sailings
• Applies to 20 river departure dates only in 2026 – see attachment
