Your clients separate Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER loyalty accounts have been combined into one membership, making it simple to earn status points and track rewards status across both brands.
All status points earnt across either the previous Scenic Club or EmeraldEXPLORER programs, have automatically been merged into one single balance.
We’ve refreshed our loyalty program with a streamlined tier structure with four loyalty tiers — Gold, Diamond, Emerald and Chairman’s Club.
MyRewards A key new feature and benefit is the introduction of MyRewards, where your clients can earn 1% of your booking as an actual monetary value, which can be redeemed towards your next luxury cruise or tour+.
