Problem Insomnia is now a commonly seen problem in the society. In 2021, more than 27% people in the world are suffering under this sickness. Lack of sleeping will lead to several symptom such as inattention, headache, unstable emotion and will also cause damage to our organs.
Solution There are three main reasons which will cause insomnia, I would like to focus on the largest part, psychiastric related disorders. To fix the problem, my design work is a matress which has circulating heat and stable vibration. These two elemant can both dicrease mental pressure and provide the sense of security.

Stable Vibration Stable vibration can effectively improve our sleep quality and help us fall asleep faster than usual. Vibrator will be embedded in the matress to provide vibration directly.
Heat The idea of the circulating heat was come from the skill which helps soldiers fall asleep immediately. There is one step which makes them imagine a warm current go through their bodies. To materialize the feelings, disc-shaped container filled with water in the average of 36 to 40 degrees will move along a circular track.
