As the members present were sufficient to form the quorum, Chairman Ng Siew Quan called the Meeting to order at 4 pm. 1. To approve the minutes of the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 28 April 2023 The minutes of Annual General Meeting of members of the Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall Co Ltd held on 28 April 2023 were tabled at the Meeting. Proposed by Lau Tai San and seconded by Adrian Peh Nam Chuan, it was unanimously resolved that the aforesaid minutes of Annual General Meeting be approved and signed as a proper record by the Chairman.
