As the members present were sufficient to form the quorum, Chairman Kho Choon Keng called the Meeting to order at 3.45 pm. 1. To approve the minutes of the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 29 April 2024 The minutes of Annual General Meeting of members of the SCCCI Chinese Entrepreneurial Culture Foundation held on 29 April 2024 were tabled at the Meeting. Proposed by Pek Ee Perh Thomas and seconded by Kuah Boon Wee, it was unanimously resolved that the aforesaid minutes of Annual General Meeting be approved and signed as a proper record by the Chairman.
