As the members present were sufficient to form the quorum, Chairman Kho Choon Keng called the Meeting to order at 3.45 pm.
1. To approve the minutes of the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 29 April 2024
The minutes of Annual General Meeting of members of the SCCCI Chinese Entrepreneurial Culture Foundation held on 29 April 2024 were tabled at the Meeting. Proposed by Pek Ee Perh Thomas and seconded by Kuah Boon Wee, it was unanimously resolved that the aforesaid minutes of Annual General Meeting be approved and signed as a proper record by the Chairman.

2. To approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024
The Report of the Board of Directors and the Audited Financial Statements for the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 were tabled at the Meeting.
Proposed by Roland Ng San Tiong and seconded by Charles Ho Nai Chuen, it was unanimously resolved that the aforesaid Reports and Audited Financial Statements be and are hereby received and adopted.
3. To appoint the Auditors
Proposed by Adrian Peh Nam Chuan and seconded by Kuah Boon Wee, the Meeting unanimously appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the Auditors to the company for Financial Year 2025.
4. Any other matters
Meeting ended at 3.50 pm.
