As the members present were sufficient to form the quorum, the Chairman Kho Choon Keng called the Meeting to order at 3.40 pm. 1. To approve the minutes of the 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 25 February 2022 The minutes of Annual General Meeting of members of the SCCCI Chinese Entrepreneurial Culture Foundation held on 25 February 2022 were tabled at the Meeting. Proposed by Adrian Peh Nam Chuan and seconded by Roland Ng San Tiong, it was unanimously resolved that the aforesaid minutes of Annual General Meeting be approved and signed as a proper record by the Chairman.
