Due to the pandemic, according to the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act, the meeting was conducted using online Zoom. Registration received before the meeting was a total of 7 approved votes and 0 opposed vote. The secretarial had sent out the notice, 2021 Audited Financial Statements and related information to members on 7th Feb 2022. 1. The minutes of Annual General Meeting of members of the SCCCI Chinese Entrepreneurial Culture Foundation held on 30th April 2021 were tabled at the Meeting. Proposed by Adrian Peh and seconded by Kuah Boon Wee, it was unanimously resolved that the aforesaid minutes of Annual General Meeting be approved and signed as a proper record by the Chairman.
