As the members present were sufficient to form the quorum, the Chairman Kho Choon Keng called the Meeting to order at 3.50 pm. 1. To approve the minutes of the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 25 February 2022 The minutes of Annual General Meeting of members of the Financial Board held on 25 February 2022 were tabled at the meeting. Proposed by Pek Ee Perh Thomas and seconded by Anthony Tan Kang Uei, it was unanimously resolved that the aforesaid minutes of the Annual General Meeting be approved and signed as a proper record by the Chairman.
