This is a current in working project for Studio 3 Workplace Design. Within this project we were to choose a company to work for within designing a new office at a pre-selected site.
Columbia's workplace will accomplish functionality and collaboration. Addressing the needs of the employees by implementing active areas of rejuvenation. This allows users to consciously, engage in restoring their energy, vitality, and health, rather than relying on passive rest alone. It implies using specific practices to actively replenish oneself, often focusing on mental, physical, or energetic balance. Through spaces such as the fitness center, cafe for meals and beverages or wellness rooms or pods to rejuvenate. 1. 2.

Inspiration for this learning center is drawn from Reggio's philosophy, putting a focus onto having a child-centered environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and collaboration
Blending indoors and outdoors spaces, to encourage physical engagement into their natural environment and community as well developing gross motor skills





The layout will reflect a neighborhood type environment with flexible, interactive spaces to promote teamwork and real world learning experiences
This design will support growth cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically to engage children to learn through hands-on experiences

Midtown for the amenities of close restaurants, Whole Foods, High Museum, Piedmont Park, Colony Square and Atlantic Station. Provide their luxury apartment clients with walkable distances to entertainment and necessities.
Provides a certain cultural aspect to the Atlanta Midtown. With popular restaurants and bars. Where residents can enjoy the nightlife atmosphere
This condo was designed for a couple in mid twenties, who desired a Spanish Revival style. Clients needed a home office, guest bedroom and large hosting living room.
The floor plan provides the clients with a private bedrooms and hosting kitchen and living space. A









This project showcases my practices of pencil and alcohol marker renderings. Using a one point and two point perspective. Alcohol markers were applied to develop material contrast and lighting effects, followed by pencil detailing to enhance texture and shadows.

This CD set shows an RCP for Urban Boutique a luxury retail store. To cohesively design for the male and female demographic through applied materiality on the RCP
Technical drafting using AutoCad Lighting and fixture coordination with life safety equipment and code compliancy
Technical execution of acoustics, life safety and light fixtures
