Given the addendum, intersecting volumes act as my north star concept throughout my process. The process also includes jumping back and forth between quick charettes and Revit in order to establish the highest achievable design.

Exploring how volumes intersect each other gave birth to two more sub-concepts:
1. The relationship between positive and negative
2. Circulation of the program
These both began to emerge throughout the invention of the loft renovation - providing the foundation for a new way of living.
A hand-drawn 2D section, that underwent an exploratory rendering by hand. The process includes both axonometric and perspectile views of how I imagined the space could be.
The project is centered around a sited guardtower to be multifunctional for work purposes as well as a domestic living quarters. My development of section views allowed me to think three dimensionally in order to activate the space.

RETAINING WALL DESIGNATED PARKING
The 950-foot long project was guided by the primary concept that a train station and its platform can co-exist in the same space. Cafés, self-service machines, local vendors, and a visitor center all parallel the tracks only a few feet away. Automatic doors along the facade open to the tracks. This allows the station to train experience to be completely uninterrupted.
