WARNING
Always lock ALL wheels before you transfer a person to the chair.

The rear axle has 2 height options. When bolted through the top threaded hole in the rear leg - the seat height will be 555mm (21.75 inch). This means you are bolting the axle to the top hole and 3 hole down in the rear leg, as shown above. Option 2 is to lower the axle down 1 hole lower (2 from top + bottom hole) giving a seat height of 580mm (22.75 inch). Consideration also needs to be given to toilet clearance height. Adjust the front caster legs height to obtain a level seat cushion, after you have fitted the large wheels. Adjust the hand brake if necessary.
WARNING - Ensure the axle bolts are tightened before use. Check 3-monthly.
Front caster wheels can be swapped out for 125mm (5") casters to traverse thresholds etc. Accessory Order Code SB6c-125
