Since the very beginning, we have specialized in the production and distribution of workwear that combines reliable protection with modern design and exceptional comfort.

In the production of workwear, simply using innovative fabrics and the latest processing technologies is not enough. To ensure worker safety, it is essential not only to test fabrics and finished garments, but also to certify them to confirm compliance with the highest safety standards. This includes:

Testing the durability of fabrics and seams. Materials are examined for resistance to abrasion, stretching, and other stresses commonly encountered in the working environment.

Developing solutions tailored to specific professional requirements. Special stretch fabrics are used that are abrasion-resistant and exceptionally durable.

Assessment of compliance with safety classes. Conducted tests confirm that the products meet the requirements of specific safety classifications.

Fabric Technologies

„4-Way Stretch Graphene”

Our unique “4-Way Stretch Graphene” fabric, composed of 48% nylon, 44% graphene, and 8% spandex, provides excellent freedom of movement, high elasticity, and outstanding breathability. The fabric is extremely durable, protects against wear, and ensures a longer product lifespan. It has successfully passed laboratory testing, withstanding over 150,000 abrasion cycles according to EN ISO 12947-2:2016 at 12 kPa. Additionally, this fabric features odor-neutralizing properties that help prevent bacterial growth, as well as temperature-regulating capabilities that enhance comfort in changing weather conditions.temperaturowych.

Our exclusive super-stretch “4-Way Stretch” double-helix fabric provides complete freedom of movement. It is highly elastic, breathable, comfortable, flexible, resistant, and durable.

„SOFTSHELL“

Softshell is ideal for versatile outdoor and sportswear garments that require flexibility and functionality. It is designed to ensure wearing comfort in various weather conditions. It protects against cold wind while providing warmth. The fabric is water-resistant and allows moisture to escape, preventing overheating. The TPU membrane offers reliable protection against wind and water while maintaining breathability and durability.

This material combines protection and comfort, making it perfect for a wide range of outdoor activities.

„HARDSHELL“

Designed for extreme outdoor conditions, this material is breathable, windproof, and provides warmth. The PU membrane ensures reliable protection against rain and wind. At the same time, the fabric remains breathable, allowing excess heat to evaporate. The seams are sealed to prevent water penetration.

This material delivers maximum protection and comfort for demanding outdoor work, even in harsh weather conditions.

„CORDURA“

Cordura to tkanina o wysokiej wydajności, znana ze swojej trwałości i odporności na ścieranie, rozdarcia i zadrapania. Główne cechy Cordura: trwałość, odporność na ścieranie, wodoodporność, lekkość. Tkaniny Cordura są często wybierane do produktów, które muszą wytrzymać trudne warunki, oferując równowagę między siłą, wagą i komfortem. Używamy tkaniny Cordura w miejscach spodni, które narażone są na największe tarcie – w kolanach, otworach kieszeni oraz odpinanych kieszeniach na narzędzia.

„Sorona”

Sorona is a synthetic fiber made from polymers, with approximately 37% of its composition derived from renewable plant-based sources, most commonly corn glucose. Sorona is elastic, soft, and durable. It retains its shape well, resists wrinkling and abrasion, and is easy to care for — it can be washed normally and dries quickly. Its production requires less energy and generates lower CO2 emissions compared to traditional polyester manufacturing.

Thermal Regulation

Fabric with good thermal regulation helps maintain an optimal body temperature, preventing overheating or excessive cooling. This is especially important in sportswear and outdoor clothing, ensuring comfort in various weather conditions.

Durability

Durable fabrics retain their shape and properties even after frequent washing or intensive use. They are resistant to tearing, stretching, and other mechanical damage, ensuring a longer lifespan.

Antibacterial

Fabrics with antibacterial properties inhibit the growth of bacteria, reducing the risk of infections and unpleasant odors. This is particularly beneficial in sportswear and bedding that frequently come into contact with the skin.

Odor Neutralizing

Odor-neutralizing fabrics prevent the buildup of sweat and other unpleasant smells, keeping garments fresh for longer. This is especially advantageous for active individuals and travelers who may not always have the opportunity to wash clothing frequently.

Flexibility

Flexible fabrics adapt to the body’s movements, providing greater comfort and freedom of motion. This feature is essential in sportswear, everyday clothing, and workwear.

Abrasion Resistance

Abrasion-resistant fabrics remain intact even after prolonged friction and intensive use. This is crucial in workwear, jeans, and upholstery that are exposed to heavy wear.

Windproof

Windproof fabric prevents cold air from penetrating, maintaining warmth and comfort even in strong winds. This is particularly important in outdoor clothing designed for outdoor activities or harsh weather conditions.

Waterproof

Waterproof material does not allow moisture to pass through, protecting against rain and snow. This is a key feature of clothing and accessories used in wet or demanding environments.

Breathable

Breathable fabric allows moisture to escape from the inside, ensuring dryness and comfort. This prevents the body from overheating or becoming excessively damp during physical activity.

Taped Seams

Taped seams prevent water from penetrating through the stitched areas of the fabric, enhancing the garment’s waterproof performance. This is an essential feature in clothing designed for extreme weather conditions.

PU Membrane

A polyurethane (PU) membrane provides the fabric with waterproof and breathable properties, allowing moisture to escape from the inside while blocking water from entering from the outside. It is commonly used in waterproof and windproof garments.
