Making a difference… together At the beginning of 2021 we held an all-staff conversation about our culture and how we live our Values. Almost 1,200 colleagues joined in to share their views. Now, Making a Difference Together is reopening, and this time we are talking about our behaviours. If you did not get the chance to join in the first time around, please join us this time. If you did contribute please log in and tell us if you think there is anything wrong or missing from the framework. Every staff member has been invited via their nhs.net email (please check all folders for your login details) to join the conversation, whether on a permanent or temporary contract, work on the bank, or as a volunteer.
