As Scholars, Artists, Athletes, and Servants, St. Andrew’s students are well-rounded, engaged, and participatory global citizens. SCHOLAR
All St. Andrew’s courses are taught at an Honors or AP level by dedicated teachers with opportunities for hands-on learning and extracurriculars. By design, our academics focus on a generalist model in 9th and 10th grades, exposing students to a variety of subjects and coursework. By 11th and 12th grades, students have the opportunity to deepen knowledge in areas of interest through course progression choices and electives.
ARTIST
St. Andrew’s empowers students to discover and pursue their artistic passions. Our Fine Arts offerings are built into students’ schedules, giving an education rich in artistic understanding and appreciation. Students can choose to participate in any of our Fine Arts options within Visual Arts, Music, or Theater. Students can choose to deepen their skills within one art form each year or can switch artistic pursuits and explore another art form that speaks to them.

ATHLETE
Our coaches inspire student athletes to seek excellence, develop good sportsmanship, and gain an appreciation for healthy competition and harmonious teamwork. Students are required to participate in at least two team sports between 9th and 10th grades. We also offer SAS Fitness to train for an upcoming season and support healthy living. St. Andrew’s is a member of the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC), and we also compete in local non-conference games each season.
SERVANT
Community Service at St. Andrew’s is seen as a natural extension of our Episcopal Identity. As students learn the spiritual messages of compassion, service, and love, they put these lessons into action by working to improve the world around them. Students complete at least 40 hours of community service upon graduation, and we assist them in accomplishing this by providing several opportunities to volunteer on and off campus. Our hope is that each graduate will be an engaged civil servant and remain active in their communities.

ENGAGE CHAPEL
Chapel at St. Andrew’s is the center of our daily life and the heart of our campus. In Chapel, we practice Christian worship in the Episcopal tradition for our interfaith community led by our Chaplain and student-run Chapel Advisory Board. Daily worship offers all members of campus a time to learn, reflect, and grow together as a community through prayer, song, and Scripture.
ADVISORY GROUPS
In 9th grade, students are grouped into Advisory teams each led by a faculty member and remain together throughout their high school journey. Advisory groups sit together at Chapel and meet every other day to share space for celebration, support, and school updates. Faculty advisors are an additional touch point for students, offering encouragement and guidance.
STUDENT LEADERSHIP & CLUBS
St. Andrew’s encourages students to lean into leadership by running for an elected position in organizations like Student Senate, Honor Council, or Chapel Advisory Board, as well as applying to be an Ambassador for the school or Peer Mentor. With over 50 student-led clubs formed each year, students are able to connect with peers who share similar interests.

RISE PROGRAM
Research, Independent Study, Innovation, SAS Fitness, SAS Dance, Stewardship, Exploratory We want our students to discover their passions, and the RISE period dedicates a time for them to explore an interest that may not be reflected in the traditional classroom setting. Students can be on-campus stewards, immerse themselves into an independent study topic, or spend time in the athletic center training for an upcoming sport.
COLLEGE COUNSELING
With thoughtfully executed programming and consistent touch points beginning in 9th grade, our four full-time, dedicated college counselors help students understand not only where they will go to college, but also why and how they will choose the right fit. With 1:1 guidance, each year our counselors guide students for the research, work, and preparation that go into the college application and decision experience.
