When people look at a startup journey, they often expect every month to come with a big announcement, a funding round, a product launch, or a viral milestone. Reality is very different. There are months where nothing dramatic happens publicly, but internally those months define the next several years. May 2024 was one of those months for us. There was no celebration. No major launch. No headline that changed everything overnight. Instead, there was something far more valuable. Conviction. We spent the month understanding where transportation and logistics in India was actually heading rather than where it had been.
Reading the Industry Before Building the Product One lesson we had learned over the years was simple. Technology should never be built in isolation. It should evolve alongside policy, infrastructure, and industry needs. As we continued discussions around digital tolling, ANPR, FASTag integrations, and seamless mobility, several national developments started validating the direction we had been thinking about. The industry itself was changing rapidly.
