Sky Brown (Skateboarder)

Sky Brown is a dedicated skateboarder who competed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics at only 13 years of age she was the youngest ever Olympic medallist. She started skateboarding at the young age of three I find Sky Brown very inspiring because it shows that you can do anything if your mind to it. She's really encouraged me to give park skateboarding a go. It's important for young girls to see girls and women conquering the sport to show that we can do anything the boys can do! Fractures! However after a dreadful crash she was back on her Sadly in summer 2020 she suffered a very serious injury. She fell 15 feet from a high ramp which left her with numerous skull skateboard within two months! This shows her real determination towards skateboarding! Here are some fun facts about Sky Brown! 1.
Sky Brown was the first-ever female skateboard to land a 720 and 540 at the X Games!

The British-Japanese athlete doesn't have a coach and learns tricks from YouTube videos! She is also an active vlogger, and her performances always go viral!

Ingredients

Strawberry Shortcake Slice
600ml double cream 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste 1 tbsp orange blossom water 125g icing sugar , plus 2 tbsp 500g shortcake biscuits , plus 3 crushed 350g strawberries , sliced
Method
STEP 1 Line a 20cm cake tin or dish (either a square or rectangle works well) with cling film, leaving an overhang. Whip 500ml of the cream, the vanilla, orange blossom water and 125g icing sugar with an electric whisk until thick and billowy.
STEP 2 Add a layer of biscuits to the tin, and spoon over some of the cream, about 1cm thick all over. Add a layer of strawberry slices, then repeat with the cream, biscuits and strawberries until you fill the tin, finishing on a layer of biscuit. You’ll have some strawberries left over to serve. Press everything down well so every biscuit is covered in cream. Cover and chill overnight.
STEP 3 To serve, flip the tin onto a serving plate, and remove the cling film. Whip the remaining 100ml cream with 1 tbsp icing sugar and dollop on top of the cake, swirling it around. Top with the remaining strawberry slices in lines, sift over the remaining 1 tbsp icing sugar, and sprinkle the biscuit crumbs in between the rows of strawberries. Cut into slices to serve.

Jess’ Shortbread Recipe To Enjoy Throughout Summer… To make Shortbread, you will need:
180g of flour 55g of caster sugar 125g of butter Choco chips (Your choose) Tray/s Greaseproof paper A bowl A spoon Cooking scales A Sift
How to make Shortbread: Fist measure the butter and sugar. Melt the butter and put it in the bowl before adding the sugar. Then mix until the sugar dissolves. Sift the flour into the sugar/butter mix and then add the Choco chips. Mix it all together {or use your hands} until it all moulds together. [Ask an adult for help] Cut the greaseproof paper so it fits on the tray. Take lumps of the Shortbread mix and roll them into small balls or squares / Triangles. Place them on the tray and press them down so it makes a thick plate. {Ask an adult to help} Put the oven to 180 degrees and wait for it to warm up. Then put the Shortbread in the oven for 10 mins After 10 mins, check the shortbread is not too soft, if it is, leave them for another 2 mins. If they are still slightly soft, it doesn’t matter, because when they cool down, they harden. Wait till they are cool…

Ingredients 2 kiwis 100g raspberries
500ml orange and mango juice
1)Peel the kiwis 2) use a potato masher to pulp them 3) fill up 1/3 of kiwi in an ice pop mold 4) add a lolly stick in the mold 5) place in the freezer 6) smash the raspberries to a pulp 7) when the kiwi has froze add 2/3 ofthe raspberries
8) put the ice lollys back in the freezer 9) add the last 3/3 the mango and orange juice
