WILLIAM WEST BAKERY!!! Welcome back today we’re going to make cookies (mini egg ones)
Ingredients
275 g Plain Flour 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Cornflour 115 g Unsalted Butter/Stork 55 g Granulated Sugar 135 g Light Brown Sugar 1 Medium Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 300 g Mini Eggs 100 g Milk Chocolate Chip
Enjoy! Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 190C/170C Fan and line a 9x9inch Square Tin with parchment paper, and leave to the side for now. 2. Whisk/Mix the Plain Flour, Bicarbonate, Salt and Cornflour together so its evenly distributed – leave to the side. 3. In a larger bowl, melt the butter. Add in the two sugars, and whisk for about 2 minutes so the sugar starts to dissolve and the mixture is smooth. Add in the Egg and the Vanilla, and whisk again briefly till smooth. (I used an electric whisk) 4. Add in the Dry Ingredients, the Mini Eggs (apart from a handful), and the Chocolate Chips and mix with a spatula till a thick cookie dough is formed. 5. Press the mixture into the bottom of the tin and press in the handful of Mini Eggs into the top for decoration. Bake the traybake in the oven for 18-22 minutes, until the top of the cookie bake looks ‘dry’! Leave the cookie bake to cool for about 10 minutes, then leave to cool fully on a wire rack. Cut the bake into 4×4 for decent sizes, or 5×5 for smaller ones!

I have to admit, Lavender’s family were so kind to me this week. Her brother took me to a Quidditch game ( Puddlemere United Vs Chudley Cannons—obviously Chudley Cannons won) and her sisters just decided to flirt with me. Just to point out, I didn't dislike it. I think it got on Lavender’s nerves, though. Oh shoot! Is that the time! I have to go meet Hermione in the library to discuss my fight with Seamus the other week. She’s the kind of girl who will always listen. Even when she has her own strong opinion, yours is valued. I still love Hermione with all my heart but Lavender is the one. It’s hard for me to understand but I can just tell. Dear Diary,

I’m partly scared that the Whomping Willow is going to tear me to shreds…. But I really needed to get away from Lavender + Hermione. I need a break from girls more like. How people celebrate Easter? India Easter is celebrated with street plays, folk songs and folk dances take place widely. Delicious Easter cakes are baked in the household. The exchange of colourful lanterns is one of the traditions of Easter in India. This year Easter falls on April 17.
Brazil People in Brazil celebrate Easter at the end of Lent. Religious people celebrate the whole week. They use Easter bunny costumes at school, take pictures and give their classmates chocolate. This year Easter falls on April.
Australia Easter involves going on hunts in the park or backyards to find chocolate eggs delivered by the mythical Easter bunny or bilby. Another popular Easter activity in Australia is enjoying hot cross buns. This year Easter falls on April 17.

Without a doubt, the best in the school! We are all Sarisbury Learning drivers, who are always going for gold. 4: My favourite thing about Mr S is his story telling abilities. Bunnies
To express happiness, bunnies will sometimes jump around and flick their heads and feet. Like deer, a female rabbit is called a “doe” and a male rabbit is called a “buck”. Those amazing ears can also be rotated almost a full circle to 270 degrees.

Provide your own - simple recipe for Fluffy Vanilla Frosting Yellow and White sprinkles Large and mini marshmallows Coloured Sanding Sugar Black Decorator Icing Jelly Beans Coloured gum or M&Ms
INSTRUCTIONS Mound and smooth three or four tablespoons of white Fluffy Vanilla Frosting on top of a cupcake. I added the ears first. I love the bunny ears made from marshmallows and wanted to use them on these little bunnies. You simply cut a marshmallow in half diagonally, and then dip the cut side in pink sugar. The sugar sticks to the soft insides. I did have to put a little cooking spray on my scissors so the marshmallows did not stick with each cut. Then covered the entire thing with white sprinkles. I cut a mini marshmallow in half for the bunny cheeks, used a jellybean for the nose. Pipe black decorator icing on for the eyes. Just use the black icing you find in the baking isle at the grocery, nothing fancy. It usually comes with some basic piping tips, and I just used the smallest, plain tip for the eyes.
READY TO EAT (ingredients for plating up not included in items-needed list) Plate up your bunnies by sprinkling some green sprinkles onto a plate. Decorate it with some edible flowers or get some fondant icing and make rocks. Place your bunny cakes in their very own spring wonderland and get ready to eat!
