“Having just completed the Leap management skills development course I would recommend it to supervisors. The opportunity to network and share experiences was something I enjoyed. The various sessions were relevant to supervisory roles and handouts and materials a great resource to look back on and use with your team. The sessions gave either new information or made you reflect on your own practice and the organization, giving some new ideas and informing of any new legislation. It added to the management knowledge I already had and reassured me that in this sector we do a pretty good job! – 2018 Leap Graduate
