SARAH PASCHINSKI, BID INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER
Sarah has worked in 3 major cities and two countries - Calgary, Toronto, and Sao Paulo, Brazil - at highly profiled and awarded firms before venturing out on her own with ANT. Studio. She has worked in luxury residential, luxury multi-family hi-rise, hospitality, retail, and restaurant sectors. The diversity of Sarah’s experience brings creativity and practical solutions to each project, while upholding the design intent. Inspired by art, music, travel, and local context, Sarah pulls from her repertoire of design knowledge to create unique twists on common themes.
Design thrives while at the centre of collaboration amongst stakeholders and as an engine behind the project, Sarah aims to be the most detailed and collaborative professional involved.
ELBOW VALLEY.
Large Primary Bedroom in Elbow Valley, Calgary. The clients were looking for a full refresh that provided a hospitality style retreat.
Sarah added privacy fins around the bed, cocooning the sleeping area with wood and silver leather. Opposite of the bed are misty purple onyx look porcelain slabs cladding the fireplace. The fins from the bed and fireplace create a portal like entry to the seating area. Walls fully clad in wood, and a removable panel blocking one window, the tv area boasts a feature wall with reveals and a bronze floating storage unit. Ripple fold sheer and blackout curtains drape the backdrop adding texture and movement.

FERNIELUXURY
This custom 14,000 sqft residence is located right on the ski hill in Fernie, British Columbia.
Sarah had a non-traditional role where she existed as a Design Consultant, rather than a Project Lead. Sarah provided the interior design technical drawings, renders, coordination between all consultants, and assisted in design detailing to bring the Lead Designer’s vision to life. It was a welcomed experience to understand the construction side of projects better as she work very closely with the Developer to keep design within the targeted budget. This house is currently under remediation, while also beginning preparations for construction.

THE VAULTS.
Premier secured lifestyle storage located in 4 cities in CanadaCalgary, Edmonton, Vernon, and Kelowna.
These unique properties are customizable to fit the owners storage and retreat needs. Marketed to those who are passionate about work and play, each industrial unit offers tall ceilings for storage and tuning needs with a social mezzanine above.
Sarah contracted to Bozena Licensed Interior Design to provide design, finishing, and drawings for 5 spaces. Renderings provided by others.

FRIDAY HARBOUR: SALES OFFICE.
Sales centre for Friday Harbour, a luxury lifestyle resort community on Lake Simcoe, Ontario.
Influenced by resort living and its serene location, the Sales Centre design took inspiration from the landscape and lifestyle - stainless steel, subtle nods to classical seaside architecture, light wood palette, and hints of blue tones throughout.
Sarah was driving the design while working directly with the Founder + Principal designer of Studio HUMN.

NO. 7 DALE.
26 luxury suites located in Rosedale, Toronto ranging from 2000 to 4500 sqft this stunning property boasts crafted amenities and unique residential layouts with two interior finish types - Contemporary or Transitional. Each suite offers an unrepeated layout that, providing each resident their own exclusively crafted home.
Finished with textural walls and leathered marbles, residents are greeted by a bright, sophisticated lobby with metal framed views to the manicured garden beyond. Contrasting the lobby, the public corridors are clad in dark walnut and bronze accents. The underground fitness floor focuses on wellness and tranquility with white oak millwork, sandblasted marble and bronze accents.
Sarah was working directly under the Senior Designer/Team Lead and was the driving force behind the design.

THE CAPITOL.
THE CAPITOL -
Situated on top of the legendary Capitol Theatre in Toronto, Ontario, this midtown high-rise property brings theatrics to our day-to-day living. Bold materials, social orientated amenity offerings, and playful residencies, this building is unlike any other in the city.
Greeting patrons wit a custom oxblood red metal door framed by rosso levanto marble, the residential entrance sets the stage for the whimsical building experience. Each area tells a story with dynamic marbles, tactile textile, colour lacquered millwork, walnut accents and burnished metals.
Sarah was working directly under the Senior Designer/Team Lead and was the driving force behind the design.
