Meet Iris and Henrietta from the Fandango Sanctuary. Iris didn’t plan on rescuing
animals, she just couldn’t leave Novell the donkey behind. That was 33 years ago in Germany. She saw him out there alone in the snow, no food, no shelter, just shivering. So she brought him home. After moving to the U.S., Iris founded the Fandango Sanctuary, and it’s become home for over 100 animals. They’re safe and loved, with Iris at the center of it all.
