Working across continents exposed her to a wide range of leadership styles, communication norms, and business realities, and that exposure became the foundation for a coaching approach rooted in empathy, clarity, and measurable growth.
Over time, Sandy developed a coaching methodology shaped by the realities of global business and refined through years of working with professionals in industries ranging from manufacturing and technology to services and enterprise leadership.
