M&S St Clement Grand Opening Competition
Terms & Conditions
• This competition is open to all residents of Jersey, excluding employees of SandpiperCI and their immediate families.
• To enter: Like the post, share it with your friends, and tell us what you love most about M&S in the comments section.
• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible comments to receive a £150 M&S food shop voucher, valid at our New St Clement Foodhall.
• The competition is free to enter.
• The prize is a food shop worth up to £150 and is valid only at the M&S St Clement Foodhall.
• The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The competition closes on the grand opening day, and the winner will be announced the same day!
• For the avoidance of doubt, by submitting an entry, you warrant that all persons featured in your entry (if applicable) have given their express consent for their image to be used. In the case of vulnerable adults or persons under 18 years of age, you warrant that express consent has been obtained from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and the winner consents to participate in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the promoter.
• All copyright in any entry materials is automatically transferred to the Promoter upon entry to this competition.
