ACME BUILD

Lounge Chair Type

Furniture

This project overall helped me tackle a vast majority of carpentry things that I was not fully knowledgeable about. I was able to create a chair/lounge chair that was both innovative and functional. Although it was hard to choose what I wanted to create for my design, I finally settled on a chair that had storage. This led me to combine various storage options, such as shelves, drawers, and bookcases. After many iterations, I landed on a furniture piece that would have shelves on the back that serve as a back rest and a base that has a storage opening. It was a mix of ideas in one, making it a multifunctional furniture piece.
